All White Everything

Is it a fashion faux pas to post white outfits & shoes on your blog after Labor Day? Just kidding! Here are some pictures of Grace, Mom & Ivy's outfits from Women in White day at church. Grace accessorized her very feminine eyelet dress with earthy wooden jewelry. Mom added bling bling everywhere for a more classic & luxurious look. Ivy wore a cute summer dress with just a touch of color.

Monochromatic Mama

This is the first blog post featuring our mother Elaine! We thought this look would be great for this month's Everybody, Everywear: Monochromatic. Here she is wearing a coral colored church lady suit with a matching floppy hat. To break up all the coral, she is wearing leopard printed pumps. Although she is the Undisputed Champion of Thrifting, none of these pieces were thrifted. This is rare! We're pretty sure there will be more posts featuring the fabulous and sometimes unbelievable things she finds at thrift stores. The LBD

I found these pictures that I snapped after work over a month ago. I absolutely love a little black dress (LBD)! You can dress it up or down and they're so easy to style. I styled this one with a pair of strappy studded heels. Since the dress is so simply I choose a tribal inspired statement necklace.

Here's an outfit I wore to church a few weeks ago. I bought the dress at a thrift store for around $8. I'm so cheap frugal that I consider that to be a little on the pricey side for a thrift store. I know I should be ashamed of myself, but I'm not! In actuality it was a great deal. Besides, it's color blocking, which is on trend right now so I couldn't leave it.
